Any information voluntarily sent to STS Imports Limited will remain confidential apart from emails intended for publication on the “Previous Customers” page. Our Delivery Policy

* For our vehicles it is the responsibility of the buyer to collect the vehicle unless otherwise agreed. The buyer should ensure that they are adequately insured.
* For our accessories where applicable all delivery charges are clearly stated. Some extremely large items may be on a collection only basis buy this will be clearly stated.

* Where we deliver

We deliver to all postal areas in the UK, but delivery of certain products to the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands with post codes AB4, 5,31,33,35-38,44,45,51-56, FK18-21, G84, IV1-28, 30-36, 40,52-54, 63, KA27,28, KW1-14, PA20-40, PH19-22,25,26,30-41,49,50, TR21-25, may not always be possible or may incur additional delivery charges. We will advise of this additional charge by email. Delivery to addresses on islands or in remote areas of the UK mainland may take longer than our usual delivery times
* For security reasons we cannot deliver to a BFPO address. We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
* Orders we received are processed within 48 hours as an absolute maximum. We aim to process your order is within 4 working hours and endeavour to despatch orders received by 11:00 on the same day if the item is in stock
* If you choose to pay by card, your details will be processed by our secure business server which provides maximum security. Declined payments will result in notification to the card holder within 24 hours by email.
* Your order will arrive to you by either Royal Mail or an independent carrier depending on weight and product specification. You will be notified by email the despatch date and the estimated delivery date. If your order does not arrive with you within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date, please contact us using the above information.

* If we are unable to deliver:

Deliveries will usually be made during Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.30pm.
Occasionally we may try to deliver an order and you may not be available to sign for the goods or the item may be too large to post. Each time an attempt is made, our delivery agent will leave a card at the delivery address confirming that they have tried to deliver. This card contains details for you to arrange to collect the order directly from their depot or to arrange a convenient time to deliver. The goods will only be held for a limited time. Please respond within the timescale mentioned on the card.

Our Returns Policy

* Our 14 day return policy is available to all customers. Any item that has been dispatched for a period of 14 days or more will not be accepted for return.
* If you receive damaged or faulty product(s), we can exchange or refund the product(s) and also your return postage. This will be done when the product(s) is received back to us.
* Where a return applies, it is your responsibility to ensure the package is returned safely and in the original packaging.
* We cannot be held liable for postage costs where the product is NOT faulty or damaged in any way.
* This returns policy does not affect your manufacturers warranty on items where applicable.
