STS Offer You A Choice of Three Ways to Ship Your Vehicle From The USA to the UK

STS Container Shipping – A great way of shipping from California.  You have your vehicle delivered to our secure warehouse in Torrance or we collect it for you, here your vehicle is loaded into our own container on our premises, the container is sealed shut and sent to port.  Transit from the port to the UK is about four weeks.  Upon arrival in the UK and after customs clearance the container is delivered to us in Essex where we unload it ourselves. This means that your precious vehicle is only handled on both sides of the Atlantic by our own trusted personnel. This way you can put items you have purchased inside your car, if it fits in the vehicle and will not cause damage it ships for free with just import taxes to pay.

RORO – Your vehicle is taken to a dock and then put on a roll on roll off ship for transportation to the UK. When it arrives, you (or us) have to collect from the docks  We can arrange transport to the US docks, customs clearance, collection from UK docks and delivery to you.  RORO shipping is available from:  Linden New Jersey,  Brunswick, Georgia and Jacksonville, Florida.

Containers – Your vehicle is delivered to a bonded warehouse and then put in a container with another car (sometimes 2) for transportation to the US docks.  The container is then loaded on a vessel bound for the UK.  We can arrange transport within the USA from your seller to the bonded warehouse.  When it arrives you (or us) have to collect from the docks.
